At Katydid Wholesale, we strive to ensure your boutique is stocked with quality products, allowing returns for store credit on damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that as a wholesale provider, all authorized returns must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

    Review Policy Requirements

    Ensure your items are eligible for return by verifying they are within the 14-day window and meet our quality standards for resale.

    Submit a Return Request

    Contact our wholesale support team with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect merchandise to receive an RMA number.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely package your items and include the RMA form inside the box before shipping to our central distribution warehouse.

  • 4.
    Receive Store Credit

    Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a store credit to your account within 5-7 business days for use on future orders.
